Cancellation and Refunds Policy
Cancellation policy
Please be aware that we have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you wish to cancel, or rearrange your appointment you need to let us know at least 24 hours before your appointment.
Unfortunately you will be liable to pay a cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment, or alternatively forfeit a treatment if you are on a pre-paid course if the cancellation period is not adhered to.
Please be aware if that if you arrive for a pre-booked laser/IPL treatment, and it is considered unsafe to continue your treatment due to recent sun exposure or the skin holding a tan (real or fake) you will also be liable to pay the cancellation fee.
We hope you understand that our appointments are limited and we constantly endeavour to accommodate appointments for all of our clients at the times and days most convenient to them. Therefore, it is a waste of appointment time if a clinic room has been booked out for a treatment that cannot be carried out due to a last minute cancellation.
Refund Policy
Please note that we do not offer refunds on any treatments. If you have purchased a course of treatments and would like to cancel them after a number have been carried out, we cannot provide you with a refund.
Furthermore, treatments contained within a course cannot be transferred to other guests or exchanged for alternative treatments.
However, if you change your mind about your purchase within 7 days, we are happy to exchange it for another treatment.
If you are not 100% completely satisfied with our services, please let us know we will consider how to handle the case. Refunds are discretionary and are issued on a case by case basis.
Offers and Promotions
From time to time we offer discounted treatments in-salon, on line and via other traditional media formats. These are subject to terms and conditions, which are usually limited to, time, date, availability and quota restrictions. We reserve the right to withdraw such offers at any time.
